FTP-3/4 Seal Pushing Feedwheel Tensioner allows for unlimited strap take up with strap fed directly from the coil in light and medium applications. Take up is not limited to the length of the rack as in rack and pinion seal pushing
tensioners. May be used with 3/8"X .015 to 3/4"X.023 strapping.
RTP-1 1/4-UL is for use with 3/4"X.025 to 1 1/4"X.031 Heavy duty strapping. Unlimited take-up -- No need to re-set the rack!
Windlass Tensioners
Simply use a slotted windlass shaft to wind one end of the strapping while a carbide gripper holds the other end.
WT -1 1/4 is designed to use with 1 1/4X.035 Max. for high tensile
applications. Maximum power is delivered by the windlass shaft while the carbide insert in the gripper assures a positive grip. After tensioning and sealing , a downward movement of the tensioning handle automatically releases the gripper.
WT-2 same type of unit as the WT-1 1/4 , but designed for 2X.050 strap.
MIP-1450 is a heavy duty windlass tensioner. (.028 to .035 gauge)
